  • What a treasure!

    Now I know why. I'm 61 years old and have dieted all my life, and even had the surgery to assist-but rarely knew "why". This book answers all that and gives a person realistic options as well. I will definitely use what I have learned here along with keeping it as a resource on my kitchen counter.
