I had gastric bypass on February 13, 2013. It was just a week ago. Although this book is inspiring and it makes you happy for Jason, the book doesn't go into any detail about the struggles right after the surgery. There is nothing mentioned about what he ate through the phases. I am happy for Jason but this book could be a really great guide for someone having a gastric bypass. Bill Martin,
