Book Reviews

  • Scientific medical info made easy to understand

This book is great! Complicated medical stuff is not only easy to understand here but the book is fun to read, seeming more like an intimate conversation with a doctor friend rather than a listing of dry facts. And if eating beans, grains, veggies, and fruit is all it takes for all these benefits as laid out here, well that's easy after reading this book. Buy the book: save your life.

This was my first ebook - I am the library type, frugal - and I am so glad I read it! I work in the nutritional field and have followed a plant based diet for years and now I have a medical professional on my side! So many people told me my diet wasn't good, yet it is very similar to Dr. B's! I hope to follow the ideas and especially like the motivation the book gave me to exercise my brain! I highly recommend this book!
