    Cheri's steps to weight loss really work! I've been working these steps myself for almost a year. I started one of the more popular diets last February. I lost about ten pounds the first week but I didn't feel well. I continued the diet for three more months and was approaching my goal weight. However, I still wasn't feeling well and didn't have much energy. At this point I decided to start eating what my body was craving ... I simply ate less of it. I stopped the pie and ice cream in the evenings. I would have either pie or ice cream - not both - and a little less of each. I had no idea that I was working Cheri and her husband's diet plan!
